Ordering, Pricing, Shipping & Returns Policy

Initial Opening Order/Reorder Minimums:

Dasha is a wholesale distributor. As such we require a $300.00 minimum opening order and $50.00 minimum reorder to help us maintain our efficiencies and keep our prices as low as possible. Any reorder under $50.00 can be accepted with a $5.00 special order fee.

Payment terms:  

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover credit cards. Customers with established net terms may elect that payment method for orders placed online. Other options include COD and prepayment.

Delivery:  

We ship FOB Irving, TX. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing and shipping from receipt of order. This time may increase during busy seasons, ie back to school, ASD market, etc. All US orders are shipped UPS ground unless otherwise specified by the customer. Due to their high pressure, all aeresol sprays can only be shipped UPS Ground. All International orders are shipped parcel post unless customer requests UPS or other carrier.

Backorders:  

Every effort is made to ship orders complete. Partially filled orders will be shipped and a backorder is created unless a customer instructs otherwise. Backorders under $25.00 are automatically cancelled unless requested otherwise by the customer.

Cancellations:  

All cancellations must be submitted by email, fax, or phone before shipment of the order. Cancellation requests cannot be honored after an item has shipped.

Return Policy:  

Goods are returnable upon prior authorization and are subject to approval from Dasha Designs. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. A restocking fee of 15% may be applied on all authorized returned merchandise. In the case of defective product this fee will be waived. Claims for incomplete shipments must be made within 5 days of shipment; defective merchandise must be made within 30 days of shipment.

In the event a defective product is received, Dasha will issue a credit memo for the amount of the purchase price. Replacements will be considered on a case by case basis.

Returns must be sent postage paid.

Returns must be in new, resell-able condition and in the original packaging with all tags attached.

Dasha Designs LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen return packages. Customer should consider insuring their returns.

Allow 2 weeks for the processing of returns once received by our warehouse.
